• Photographers being told they “should do video” but already maxed out on time.

• Small studios and agencies stuck as “the photo guys”, even though clients were begging for more video.

• Independent offices in regional areas wanting video on every listing but never having the budget or resources to make it happen.

Meanwhile, a wave of AI tools turned up promising magic, but most of them tried to replace the creatives – fake rooms, cloned voices, over-the-top animations – instead of supporting the people already doing the real work.
